(Ride registrations and/or Raffle tickets),
with your name, address, phone and email address
if you wish. Please print clearly! Postmark
before May 11 to ensure return delivery of
Raffle tickets (registrations held at the door). Mail
orders received after May 13 held for you at
the event.
