Training Details: Research shows that people spend almost 47% of their waking hours thinking about something other than what they’re doing. The good news is you don’t have to spend your day on autopilot! You can train your brain to focus better by incorporating mindfulness exercises throughout your day. This workshop will utilize experiential learning exercises to introduce you to Mindfulness; helping you to improve your attention, enhance your productivity and cultivate a mindful mind at work.
